As of today, I have moved to Northern Lights Realty, LLC in Mora Minnesota. Now the leader in Mora Minnesota real estate, Northern Lights Realty is the home of 14 real estate agents. Gas prices in Mora went from $3.35 a gallon to $3.45 pretty much overnight. Even though I thought it was bad when it hit $3.35, for some reason seeing the new, higher price today felt like major defeat. It began to stir many thoughts about how to save money, conserve more, and continue in real estate with costs rising so drastically. So here are some thoughts I've come up with. I hear this question a lot. What can I say, other than the truth? It is a great market in Mora, Minnesota right now. It is great to be a Realtor in Mora Minnesota, too. I am just loving this market. I blog first and foremost on AR, because I love the results I get with the search engines and the comments and feedback I get from those of you who do read it. Then I take the blog and post it on MySpace. By posting it on MySpace, it automatically feeds to my FaceBook Notes. Then I copy it and post it on my other blog on Blogger. I love the way I rank in google searches. I don't have my own personal website yet - I have yet to figure out what I want, what to use as a domain, and so forth. But AR has carried me quite well in the google searches. So why am I nowhere to be found when I search yahoo? MSN recognizes me. I'm ranked fairly well there, too. Ask.com doesn't know who I am.
