I am in the process of tearing down a huge retaining wall that is 60 feet long and currently about 4 and one half feet tall. The wall was built back in the 1940's and because the previous owner of my home planted some damn laurels to hide from the next door neighbor, who by the way is my favorite neighbor, I have to rip down some plants and get rid of some ivy.
