I do a ton of research daily watching the trends in the Bremerton Real Estate market. Sometimes it is hard to decided what is good news and what is bad news - and well you know like the saying goes - No news is good news. Seriously, all of the numbers really only point to one thing. If you price your home properly for the market it will sell. I purchased a home in 2006.
