Let's look at Covington WA Real Estate  and the April Homes Sales Report.  How many homes sold in Covington WA in April 2012?  
In April 22 homes sold in Covington - same as in March.  This is down 19% from April 2011.  

 
Good new is that there were 43 homes that went to a pending status during the month of April which was an increase of 10 over the month of March and a 19% increase over April of 2012.

Hey, look at what sold in Covington WA during the month of March!  Covington is one of those areas that is really a seller's market.  The home inventory is low and the area is sought after.  Being a small city with great schools and lots of activities and shopping draws buyers.
