If you are not from the Canton, Michigan area or midwest, you may not have ever heard of White Castle. Their burgers are an acquired taste, as many refer to them as sliders. Last year I was taking a flight out of Detroit Metro Airport, when I noticed a family each had a case of White Castle burgers in hand. After speaking with them, I learned that they had moved to California and were returning to their new home with a souvenier of hundreds of burgers for their friends and family.
