Lakes at Northpointe is a small community with just over 200 homes and is in the Tomball Independent School District.  It is located in Tomball, TX off of Spring Cypress, between Hwy 249 and Grant Rd.

Tomball Hills is a very small community with beautiful mature trees. It has approx. 130 homes. The lots are larger than in a lot of the newer subdivisions. Lots are typically 10,000 sq. ft. to 30,000 sq. ft., with the majority being 10,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. Most homes in Tomball Hills were built in the 80's, a few in the 90's.

It's a tucked away little area of homes located where Treeline Golf Course used to be.   The homes range in age from 2008 to present and new homes are still being built in the subdivision.
