The AACA Museum in Hershey, PA is having a FAMILY FUN WEEKEND!
March into Spring and enjoy a FUN FILLED weekend of activities in Hershey, PA.  The Antique Auto Museum is located Just off of Route 39 West of Hershey 1 mile from Hersheypark. 

On Saturday, March 31st at 1pm they will be having an Easter Egg Hunt-candy provided by The Hershey Company.   The Easter Bunny will also be there to meet with guests and for photos from 11am-1pm. 
There is a special admission price of $5/person on March 31st and April 1st.

My husband watches too much Fox News.  I am constantly hearing debates about the economy, about certain polical issues and once in awhile something captures in attention. 
The economy continues to improve at an accelerating pace: Jobs are now being added at a minimum rate of 200,000 a month and unemployment has fallen in 45 states and the District of Columbia .  That is so exciting to me!

Today was my first day of Spring! - 03/22/12 06:28 AM
TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY OF SPRING!  Today was Daffodil Day in Central Pennsylvania.  A very special day when the newly cut daffodils that we ordered in February were finally delivered.  This has been a 10+ year tradition for me and my 1st day of Spring is the day these daffodils are delivered. 

 We purchase these flowers to help fight against cancer through the American Cancer Society Daffodil Days program.  My flower purchase helps the American Cancer Society save lives and create a world with more birthdays by helping people stay well, helping people get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back.  … (10 comments)

This is how the days on market are trending in the Central Pennsylvania Multi-List for a Cumberland County (West Shore) and Dauphin County (East Shore) for the period of March 2011 thru March 2012. The first chart is for homes - both attached and detached homes price $150,000 to $350,000.
Please note that the average days on the market has dropped significantly since March 2011 and appears to be at the lowest point of the year.

Texting-while-driving law is signed in Pennsylvania - 03/13/12 11:11 AM
Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett signs TEXTING-WHILE-DRIVING ban into law.  It will take effect March 8th. 

Pennsylvania has become the 31st state to enact a ban on the use of any kind of hand-held texting device by persons at the wheel of moving vehicle.   Gov. Tom Corbett signed the bill into law at an AT&T store in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.    The law gives police the authority to pull over and cite a texting motorist on sight. FHA Mortgage insurance changes taking place on 4/1/2012 on all FHA mortgages.
These changes are increasing both the upfront and the monthly Mortgage Insurance fairly significantly.
Conventional loans with 5% down for clients with decent credit are going to be much more attractive after 4/1.
KEEP IN MIND – some buyers only option is FHA due to credit scores or having gift funds as their down payment.   Conventional loans with 5% down require the down payment be buyers “own funds”.

As a home-school mom - grammar has always been important to me.  While I try not to judge, my first inclination is negative when I see grammar and punctuation errors.  This was a great post with cute graphics that I thought I would share. 
There are so many goofs -  "hear/here" and "who/whom" just to name a few.  The dangling participle made me laugh. . . that is how Pennsylvania Dutch regularly speak.  :)
Enjoy this post and learn from it.  Honestly I loved the definition for definition/usage given for fewer/less!
