The 5th National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Done in conjunction with county criminal investigation divisions and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, the free, no-questions-asked program will accept expired or unwanted prescription medicines.
The aim is to keep those drugs out of landfills, the water supply and the wrong hands.

We have often shared "spam" messages that we receive. I recently received this one but it wasn't a typical "spam" type, but definitely one that seemed misguided. Because I personally had never heard of a real estate sales tax, I thought rather than ignore this email, I would check with my (stellar) accountant. With the continued low interest rates and the selection of homes available, I am hoping to see that number increase for West Shore homes sold in March.
