Real Estate Market Report - Stats - Single Family - Charleston, SC - March 2011

Market stats just released by the Charleston Board of Realtors.  I think everyone is hoping for more activity during our historically busy April and May.  Last years stats include the effects of the Federal tax credit for homebuyers.  Two increases from last months numbers:  number of closed sales and Days on the Market (DOM).
 
All data from the Charleston-Trident Association of REALTORS.  Deemed reliable but not guaranteed .
