Another month gone we are quickly approaching the fall market. Yardville is still holding steady with a current supply of homes at six (7) months. As mentioned in previous monthly reviews, this is above what we would consider a "great" market but still consistent with contacts every month. The ideal market supply is six (6) months or less.

Below is the market report from January 2007 to the present. A big key involved is under "Inventory Accumulation"....
The professionals say when the inventory accumlated is 6 months or below we are in a good market. Congratulations Yardville we are on are way to a great market with inventory once again moving.
My professional opinion on Yardville resale is we saw a flurry of buyers in January and February..... slowed up again and June has picked up alot of steam. Inventory is moving on a average of 26 days on market down from the high 80's.
