Do you remember the 1980's TV show Hill Street Blues? The officers would be having their morning briefing and at the end the officer running the briefing would say, "Let's Be Careful Out There." Maybe I'm showing my age now, but I remember it. Of course I was just a young punk then.

Total Sales - 230 (232 sold in November 2010)
Bank owned Sales - 79 which was 34% of all sales.
Short Sales - 62 which was 27% of all sales
Overall, distressed sales (Bank owned and short sales) made up 61% of all sales.
