Stanislaus County Short Sales - Let's Be Careful Out There !! Do you remember the 1980's TV show Hill Street Blues? The officers would be having their morning briefing and at the end the officer running the briefing would say, "Let's Be Careful Out There." Maybe I'm showing my age now, but I remember it. Of course I was just a young punk then. The reason I bring this up is because of a few articles in the local paper over the last month. There are still people out there ready to take advantage of homeowners in financial difficulty.
