Not every day and every post here is about Real Estate and Stanislaus County Short Sales. This past Sunday was a special day as it was my granddaughters first birthday. Better than any Real Estate Transaction - My Second Grandchild is Born! On Friday April 22nd I received something that is better than any Real Estate transaction I have ever been involved in. On that day my second grandchild was born. At 5:50 am little Maxine Lois entered this world at 6lbs 5oz. Both mother and daughter are doing well (and Dad too!). I couldn't be more proud of my daughter and son in law, they will be great parents.
