Good News Gainesville Homebuyers! You may qualify for a check from the government if you purchase a home this year.  You will need to move on this as this program ends on 1 Dec 2009. Since it was raining most of the weekend, I decided to get up to speed on the provisions of this plan allowing me to assist my clients in a more informed matter.  WOW, I can only say this is fantastic for 2009 homebuyers.
