Many of us have met at the Daily Grind on 419 in Roanoke for coffee, lunch, or fellowship and it’s become almost a home away from home for some. Countless relationships, ideas, and friendships have been forged at the very booth I’m sitting in as I write these thoughts.

That's right! We're now offering FHA 203k renovation loans for both Purchases & Refinances. We've all been there... We fall in love with a house & everything's perfect - except it needs a new roof, windows, etc... and the Sellers aren't willing to repair b/c they've lost equity (profit) in their property. THAT'S JUST FINE - for the right borrowers, you can now include the costs of those repairs with your mortgage and close on time! So don't let the market scare you...there is repair money for you - you just have to find it and...I think you just did!

At the risk of sounding like a complete freak show...
Yippee! Today's the day we'll get the word as to whether the Federal Reserve will lower the fed funds rate once again. Many Traders are speculating another .25bps - .50bps cut this week & our team is anxiously awaiting!!
Does this mean we will see a direct, immediate, impact on 15yr & 30yr fixed rates? Absolutely not - but what it DOES provide is GREAT news for other, more savvy, financial instruments such as those tied to LIBOR.
My suggestion? Open your mind, fasten your seatbelt, and SPEED towards your best mortgage … (3 comments)
