While home sales are going great guns in central Florida, the Orlando area is still high on the foreclosure list, ranking number 10 of the country's largest metropolitan areas.  Florida itself trails only Nevada among the states with the highest foreclosure rates, as one of every 135 Floridians received a foreclosure filing in April.
