I just got done reading some articles on the internet and I all read is the same old stuff!  Blah, blah, blah!  As real estate professionals, we should already be used to the ups and downs.
One article I read says "...there are over 1 million properties in foreclosures from nearly 2,500 counties across the nation".   Another says "The market has changed over the last 18 months."  We already know this! Where have the authors of these articles been living?  Under a rock!
Instead of focusing on the negative, real estate professionals should be looking for opportunities to make more money.  Hence this … (9 comments)
