Some folks believe that listing during the holidays can be a waste of time.  Not true!  While curtailing some family traditions may be necessary to keeping your house appealing to a broad audience, keeping your house on the market is a wise decision. 
Many people who are relocating into an area have extra time off during the holidays, and those are the buyers that may be out looking for a new home.
