Hi Neighbor -- Media -- ugh...doom and gloom?  What is that?  If the newspapers and government would stop brainwashing, things would improve.  What I say is...everyone needs to go out and spend a few bucks -- just a few bucks --

Okay, so I know there's a song out there about two times something...but I'm going to talk about one client, two client...I'm a real estate professional. And I have to convince the first client that my new listing is worth the price, the time to look at it, and that it is the one on which they should write an offer.
