gated communities in simi valley: Why We Hired Jo Ann - 01/13/12 01:45 PM
"So, while we were looking for a Wood Ranch luxury home with someone two years ago, we made an offer on a listing of Jo Ann's. A realtor made a comment that Jo Ann was an aggressive realtor. Not as an insult, but rather as a compliment implying that she gets the job done. Well, fast forward to last year. We had our realtor show us several Simi Valley short sales and bank-owned properties. We had several offers written and signed though we were not seeing any movement. gated communities in simi valley: BUY LOCAL TO STIMULATE ECONOMY! - 01/11/12 02:06 PM
This past weekend I had scheduled myself to work from my Wood Ranch home... but frankly, I really wanted to enjoy some football, what can I say... I love the sport. I started my day at 8:00 a.m. answering emails, blogging, searching the MLS for clients wanting to relocate and purchse Simi Valley real estate and watching some football games. The third couple viewed four Wood Ranch homes, had them listed in 1,2,3 and 4 order...three had already received offers and we would be in multiples

gated communities in simi valley: FIRST TIME BUYERS BE AWARE! - 01/06/12 12:11 PM
I recently wrote a blog post about multiple offers in the upper price ranges. I had four buyers who made offers on various properties and all the properties had multiple offers...fortunately, the offers I wrote for all of them were the accepted ones... Hooray! Guess what! It's now happening in the first time buyer range of $300,000 to $400,000 in Simi Valley Real Estate. I am personally experiencing it with two of my buyers...and in discussions with one of my associates, he recently placed into escrow four properties in that range, all with multiple offers. So what does this mean
