real estate professional: TWO TIMES A CLIENT??? Or Something Like That! - 08/17/10 03:35 PM

Okay, so I know there's a song out there about two times something...but I'm going to talk about one client, two client...I'm a real estate professional. And I have to convince the first client that my new listing is worth the price, the time to look at it, and that it is the one on which they should write an offer.
