I had an opportunity this past weekend to show Wood Ranch homes to a couple who are past clients. They have purchased and sold a number of properties, both Simi Valley homes and in the San Fernando Valley. I found a new listing we've talked about for them to purchase as a rental. At some point in the next couple of years they would sell their Wood Ranch luxury home and move into this listing.
