simi valley: It's All About Loyalty! - 04/10/12 09:04 AM
I sold their beautiful Wood Ranch town home with a golf course view seven years ago and referred them to a realtor in the state of Washington. They remained on my database, receiving birthday and anniversary cards. We emailed every now and then.
Received an email from the Mrs. last week, not about Simi Valley homes but asking about Charlotte, North Carolina. Seems they are contemplating a move there and desired a referral from me.
Some would say I have a good follow up system. I do. I'd like to think loyalty played a major role here. Loyalty is the crux of my … (2 comments)

simi valley: Words From The Wiser Than Me!? - 06/22/11 07:45 PM
So, friends, at our office meeting this morning, discussing Simi Valley real estate, these comments by our lenders and President/Owner, Brian Troop, are worth noting: First, there is a new loan that is stated income, 40% down payment...call me for more info. Second, interest rates aren't going to last at these low rates forever!!! Simi Valley property isn't going anywhere! It is anticipated by one of our government officials that in two years, interest rates may rise to the mid 7% range...Simi Valley properties, Wood Ranch luxury real estate or those of you involved in Simi Valley relocation will find good … (0 comments)

simi valley: SHARING TAX INCENTIVE INFORMATION - 04/05/10 10:26 AM
See Below From The California Association of Realtors...
Your Simi Valley realtor wants you to be as informed as possible.  When buying Wood Ranch real estate or Simi Valley condos and Simi Valley townhomes, Simi Valley REO homes, or any Simi Valley properties, it is imperative you be knowledgeable.
If you are in a position to help a son or daughter, this, too, is for you.  The opportunity is now for young people to purchase a Simi Valley home with Mom or Dad's help.  I have assisted many clients with their children and the children still get the tax benefits.  I would … (0 comments)

simi valley: New Year Resolutions? - 01/06/10 11:37 AM
How many years have we resolved to lose weight, to quit smoking, to become a better person, and on and on.  Well, last year was not great for me health wise, but this year I resolve to put that all behind me and be grateful and appreciative for all the little things.  Really, I am.
I appreciate my life.  I appreciate the eyes to see the sun rise, the ears to hear the birds chirping, the legs to take my morning walk, the lips to kiss, the nose to smell the roses.
I am grateful that my daughter and her husband are able to take care of … (0 comments)

simi valley: REPUTATION IS MOST IMPORTANT! - 10/26/09 10:28 AM
I have always believed that reputation and integrity are the crux of my being.  I always want to give my clients and customers the sense that I am totally loyal, hands on, up front with knowledge and providing them all that I can give.

I love working with first-time Simi Valley home buyers.  Mostly, they are so eager to learn and I love giving them what they need to be more informed.  Every now and then, I come across an individual who has learned from a friend's uncle's cousin who is a brand-new mortgage broker that the market is not what I have portrayed.  … (7 comments)

simi valley: Simi Valley and Wood Ranch Home Prices aren't falling. Don't wait to buy or you will be out of luck! - 09/09/09 06:03 PM
If you think home prices are going down...think again!!! Simi Valley properties, including Simi Valley condos, and Simi Valley real estate listings in general are not! I really don't believe they will and I also don't believe the banks are going to send a glut of foreclosure properties into our market. They would be foolish to do that.
Think about it! If they release a few properties at a time, they control prices. If they release a whole slew of them, inventory rises dramatically and it may become a buyers' market. Places like Wood Ranch real estate, which commands higher pricing, … (0 comments)

simi valley: The Simi Valley Market is on a High - 08/10/09 01:32 PM
I really am feeling like the market is on a high...very low inventory, interest rates for buyers low, multiple offers on all properties in either Wood Ranch homes, Simi Valley real estate, whether it be Simi Valley bank owned, Simi Valley luxury homes or Simi Valley land for sale...as of last night there are only 165 homes for sale in the Simi Valley MLS, 60 for the Wood Ranch real estate and 84 for Moorpark.  That's nothing...and you wonder why multiple offers. As we enter the final month of summer, you need to get started looking or listing.  When you are ready, … (0 comments)

simi valley: First Time Home Buyers and Investors- Simi Valley Homes, Wood Ranch Real Estate - 09/25/08 10:40 AM
Positive thinking about all this financial "stuff" is very important for all consumers, whether first-time homebuyers or investors or those sellers sitting on the sidelines waiting for the prices to rise.  Wood Ranch real estate, Simi Valley homes, condos for sale in Simi Valley or any Simi Valley home makes a good investment.
Good news for all of you!
First-time homebuyers have the availability to obtain home ownership with some excellent loan programs and lower interest rates.  Bank-owned properties are priced well right now and it makes for that $40,000 to $60,000 income earner to get into a home.  Plus FHA … (0 comments)
