Okay, so whaddya do if you're a tenant in a Simi Valley property, Simi Valley condo or Simi Valley townhome or even in a Wood Ranchhome and a Notice of Default is issued???  You can, if everyone agrees, negotiate out of the lease with the landlord.  Otherwise, do nothing different, but note the date that you got the Notice of Default.
