I have clients who came to me through my website, searching for Wood Ranch homes to purchase. I met with them and immediately was able to build the trust and rapport. Simi Valley short sales are out there in large numbers and are selling with multiple offers.Fact: All properly priced properties have multiple offers. That is the reality. So, I knocked on the door of my clients whose short sale approval just came in. I wanted to surprise them and let them know we can open escrow on their Simi Valley home... the puppy greeted me and so did their children.
