So, I knocked on the door of my clients whose short sale approval just came in. I wanted to surprise them and let them know we can open escrow on their Simi Valley home... the puppy greeted me and so did their children. I greeted Ms. Buyer and showed her the approval and she looked at him with such surprise. (I'm not sure they were ready) The approval had come in just under five weeks and they were quite surprised.
