What a fabulous day over this past weekend... I invited a group of ladies who live in and around various parts of Simi Valley, including Wood Ranch homes and other types of Simi Valley properties, to Los Olivos where we tasted several wines at Stolpman's Wine Tasting Room.
Two cars drove up together from my Wood Ranch town home and we arrived in Los Olivos just after 1:00. The ride was fun, interesting and we had lots of discussion over a number of topics. The ride took us over the San Marcos Pass Road with beautiful scenery, little traffic and sunshine most of the way.

As I sit here watching my precious granddaughter, Kyra, in her dance class, I notice nearby Simi East Valley properties that also house her friends in the class. I akin her dancing to the dance of real estate, a dance that we all get caught up doing.
I love watching Kyra. A child of seven puts a smile on her face and tiptoes and looks as graceful as can be. She loves dancing and tells me she wants to dance on stage. I'll assist in her quest wherever I can!!!

Let me get this straight...I invite you to visit me at one of my Simi Valley luxury homes, I invest hours in putting together packets of material for you to carry off at no charge.
Yet last week when I was sitting an open at my Wood Ranch luxury home and I asked you, on behalf of the Seller, to sign the registry as a courtesy so the seller so they know who's been invading their home on a Sunday afternoon while they find a place to go for three or four hours...you say no, you sign some bogus name or … (1 comments)

This is pretty exciting because it seems that some banks may be REALLY trying to help those homeowners all over the country, including Simi Valley real homeowners in Wood Ranch homes, on the brink of being in trouble!
I just learned that there are some banks contemplating putting "pre" short sales. It is just possible that some Simi Valley luxury homes and/or Wood Ranch gated homes may be in line for these modifications or "pre" short sales. We all tend to judge a person by how they look. We will also judge by the color of the skin, the tattoos on the arm, the way words are spoken, and a thousand other ways. When will we learn that we really are doing a disservice by judging a book by its cover. If I would have judged in the first year of my career, I would have missed out not only on a business relationship but also a fine friendship now for many years.
