 I'm sitting at my friend's auto repair shop, located near Wood ranch homes, having him install my new Dyno Valve from SAVI Corporation. The valve is supposed to give me lots of improved stuff for my engine, including better gas mileage. I know it will!  With gas prices so high, driving with my buyers around showing Simi Valley properties can be costly. All in the way, though, of being successful in real estate.
 
I hear the shop owner taking calls, making appointments, giving bids and negotiating with clients as to their repair costs. It's interesting to hear the negotiating... sounds … (0 comments)

simi valley townhome: WHY ARE YOU WAITING? - 01/23/12 02:11 PM
Earlier this week I wrote a post regarding buyers who decided to put off until after tax season to purchase one of the few Wood Ranch homes that are on the market. I discussed loyalty and disappointment and how, for me, loyalty is more important than placing a property into escrow with these buyers.
As an offshoot of that post... To the buyers who are still "waiting."
"Waiting" in real estate means not winning; that is, not getting the new home you want.
