wood ranch condo: Loyalty First, Follow-Up Second... or ??? - 04/13/12 09:14 AM
As a follow up to my post regarding client loyalty, my question to you is, "Does loyalty come first or does it come after a good follow up"? I also included stats on Wood Ranch homes and Wood Ranch town homes. It is utterly amazing how many Simi Valley homes there are. Here are the statistics: There are 251 Simi Valley properties, in total, that are presently active in the MLS for buyers to see. Of these 251, the breakdown is as follows... Wood Ranch homes: 18 single family Wood Ranch homes 6 condo/town home style in Wood Ranch 8 senior (0 comments)
