I have clients who came to me through my website, searching for Wood Ranch homes to purchase. I met with them and immediately was able to build the trust and rapport. Not only did we have the same religious beliefs (they brought it up!) but we all are from the East. There is a certain comradery with people from my part of the country. It's always an immediate bond-type of relationship.

I decided it was time to see if inventory is really as low as I really think it is. I took a couple of hours yesterday afternoon to conduct some heavy research in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and I came up with some interesting stats. I concentrated on Wood Ranch homes. I could do the rest of Simi Valley properties as well... but this is a start.
These numbers are approximate, so know sometimes I cannot count line by line very accurately (laughter).

Investors are out there looking for good deals.  There are lot of them right now...bank owned homes, Simi Valley foreclosures and plain ole' sellers wanting to move.  And, for the Buyers just wanting to buy, let's get going...no better time to buy Simi Valley real estate, Wood Ranch homes, condos/townhomes in Simi Valley or we can stretch out to Conejo Valley too!  Just look at this beautiful Wood Ranch home at 322D Country Club Drive and in a great golf course community.
