wood ranch listings: Negotiating is what... - 03/08/12 09:52 AM

I'm sitting at my friend's auto repair shop, located near Wood ranch homes, having him install my new Dyno Valve from SAVI Corporation. The valve is supposed to give me lots of improved stuff for my engine, including better gas mileage. I know it will! With gas prices so high, driving with my buyers around showing Simi Valley properties can be costly. All in the way, though, of being successful in real estate.

I read an article this weekend about baby boomers putting up the money for their kids' down payment for home ownership. No equity share, no payback, no questions asked. How great is that?!
Stimulate housing by helping the first-time home buyer into the market, get the middle market moving up and allow the downsizing for the baby boomer and the "older" generation and beyond.

Are there any listings out there? I've resorted to door knocking, calling, emailing, begging associates for pocket listings... all to no avail!
We need listings, folks...there's absolutely NO inventory and I have lots of buyers, many wanting Wood Ranch homes, getting frustrated that there isn't for them to buy! What to do?
How to find them? Where to find them?
Simi Valley properties? Wood Ranch short sales?

Anything, please, in those nooks and crannies? Call me right away!
