These tide charts are specific to the 4-Wheel Drive beaches of Carova and not the Oregon Inlet like many others. Over here in the 4-wheel drive beaches of Carova, NC we have our own special lawn mowers. They don't ask for money, they don't need any gasoline, and they're very quiet. Heck, they're even willing to throw in free fertilizer! The Corolla Wild Horses are wonderful creatures and those of us lucky enough to live with them are truly blessed.
How Many Excuses Have You Heard Form The Bank? - 10/23/10 01:03 PM
As I go out into the community and talk with both troubled residents and potential sellers about their experiences with getting loan modifications, I am not only surprised at how many of them are getting declined but the reasons they are given. Here are the top 3 that I have heard so far. 1) You don't make enough money. Hello, if they were making enough money, they wouldn't need the loan modification. 2) Your too far behind on your payments. OK I can almost understand this one, but do they really want to foreclose and yet another house to their (2 comments)

A deceased foal was reported alongside the road near an intersection in the vicinity of 1945 Sandfiddler Road early this morning. Wesley responded and his records show that the filly was born in July. She was in excellent body condition. She had been deceased for only a few hours at most. (0 comments)

Their purpose is for community awareness and participation in moving toward a greener, healthier environment by rethinking waste. The Outer Banks is a unique area that can set themselves apart by becoming advocates of rethinking how they can improve the environment while at the same time utilizing and supporting local talent.

20 “Green” tips for Fall September 22nd, was the first day of autumn ... the Autumnal Equinox. In many areas the temperatures are beginning to drop and soon leaves will begin to fall. It turns out that this time of year is perfect for Eco-friendly activities. A little effort in the fall will ensure that the chilly months ahead are warm and “green”. Here are some ideas: Check the air pressure in your tires. Cooler temperatures lower tire pressure and that, in turn, lowers fuel efficiency. As a REALTOR many think of us as people driving fancy cars, dressed in a nice suite. Some may see us as doing our "easy" work with the aid of your laptop and smart phone. Well let me enlighten you. There are many other tools to our trade that some of us simply cannot live with out. For me two importantant tools are kept under my kitchen sink. Can you spot them?
