I have just received the 2010-2011 winter edition of the Carova Tide Charts. Anyone who has been to Carova, NC knows that driving conditions very with the tide. These tide charts are specific to the 4-Wheel Drive beaches of Carova and not the Oregon Inlet like many others. Over here in the 4-wheel drive beaches of Carova, NC we have our own special lawn mowers.  They don't ask for money, they don't need any gasoline, and they're very quiet.  Heck, they're even willing to throw in free fertilizer!
The Corolla Wild Horses are wonderful creatures and those of us lucky enough to live with them are truly blessed.

As I go out into the community and talk with both troubled residents and potential sellers about their experiences with getting loan modifications, I am not only surprised at how many of them are getting declined but the reasons they are given. Here are the top 3 that I have heard so far.  
1) You don't make enough money. Hello, if they were making enough money, they wouldn't need the loan modification.

Attached is an email from the Director of the Corolla Wild Horse Fund. Each year as we struggle to find that achievable balance of man & wildlife incidents occur. Sometime they are truly accidents, sometimes they are truly intentional, and sometime we just cannot tell.

As a REALTOR many think of us as people driving fancy cars, dressed in a nice suite. Some may see us as doing our "easy" work with the aid of your laptop and smart phone. Well let me enlighten you.
