Tomorrow is our big day at the capital!  We have over 500 registrants going to meet together to find out
what is going on with our local and state Government!   We will have an issue briefing prior to heading to
the capital to visit with our senators and representatives.  It's always a very informative day!  Are you

How is it that we live in an area with very cold winters and still have a termite problem in our area?
It makes no sense to me, but the reality is that an area of town has a termite infestation.
Not all agents working with buyers are aware of the locations of these infestations so make sure you
ask to have a termite inspection just as you would a radon inspection.  If you don't specifically list a
termite inspection and find them in your home inspection you may be stuck buying the home anyway and
