When you are looking for Mountain View homes for sale, not all "mountain views" are created equally. Recently, I was over at a client's home in the Denver's northern suburbs when the appraiser was assessing the value. In addition to the usual appraisal questions my client had -is granite slab going to increase my value? Wood floors? New paint?- she just assumed that her beautiful mountain views would automatically score her higher value points.

Is Your Real Estate Transaction Like Pulling Teeth? That depends on your REALTOR. Or your Dentist! When I was little, I had very few cavities. My brother, however, was the type of kid who rarely walked away from the dentist's office without needing a filling.... or two... or three. Pieces of the Puzzle- Marketing To be quite honest, I had forgotten all about it. Not in a total-amnesia-type sense, more in an "oh-yeah-THAT-thing" kind of way. My good friend Amber is very passionate about her dogs and is active in volunteering with Lifeline Puppy Rescue.
