Searching for Miami real estate listings using online syndicated sites is a great way to start looking at properties to get an idea for what you can get for your money. But when you are really closed of start priviewng the properties, I wouldn’t rely on this method 100%. First, I need to explain how everything works. When I take a new listing for a seller, I enter it into our MLS database. Biscayne Point is a prime residential Miami Beach neighborhood. It is located just west of the main island of Miami Beach. Biscayne Point is made up of three islands and the homes located in this neighborhood are from high end luxury homes averaging lots around 12,000 square feet and to smaller properties averaging lots around 6,000 square feet. Some of the smaller properties could be in the need of renovation. Homes on Biscayne Point are waterfront and non-waterfront properties.
