tips for new agents: Tips to New Agents: It's Not As Easy As It Looks - 07/29/10 07:04 PM

After reading quite a few discouraged agent posts over the past few weeks, I spewed out the following post just for you… and to anyone else who may need a hug.
At one point last year I had a young lady working with me part time. She was a neighbor and wanted to find out what it was like to work in Real Estate.
