Hi,
I'm trying to get some information regarding foreclosures and appreciation.  I am looking for something that will give me foreclosure trends from 2001-2007 showing how many foreclosures in the United States for each of these years and the % of increase, as well as the top 25 markets (counties) in the United States for foreclosure.
I am also looking for the same information regarding appreciation.  Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
