Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens If you like connecting with nature, then the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens is the place for you. This place is known as the Carolinas’ Garden for All Seasons (because it’s open all year, except for the major holidays). This beautiful building is 150,000 square feet of high tech, interactive fun. If you ever wanted to know how NASCAR started and wanted to look at the roots of how it began to where it is now, this is the place.

Hi, I'd like to hear from others about the auctioning of high dollar properties. This consists of properties that are worth more than 1 million dollars. I'm about to auction 5 different properties worth over 1 million dollars each and, like the rest of you, the economy has me a bit worried. I feel that it will be harder for buyers to qualify. I'd like feedback because I am going to be auctioning these properties off with complete owner financing in place. The auction will be for the down payment. What are your thoughts? (0 comments)

I'm not sure why I'm writing this other than to maybe let off a little steam or just vent because I'm angry at the situation. I was never really much of a cat person. One day, about 9 years ago, I was sitting outside (where I used to live in West Palm Beach, FL) having a cigar and this stray cat started coming by. One thing led to another and she adopted me. At times she even acted like a dog (when she wanted to), by this, I mean she would come when I called her, she learned to sit (10 comments)
