It's amazing what I actually accomplished by focusing on what Stephen Covey says is First Things First.  For me, it was focusing on business and working on getting deals done.  I was able to accomplish quite a few things since I've put my mind to it.

 I've been working hard to increase business and have succeeded in making a few very large deals.  As it turns out during our due-diligence period, their have been "typos" on the amount of money that was in the county coffers.

I found out yesterday how important due diligence  can be and how, no matter how much pressure is put on you, you have to stick to your guns on how you operate your business.
The one time that I succumbed to  some pressure and didn't follow my normal routine for business, cost me $19,000.  Ouch!  Expensive lesson learned.
