Hello my name is John McConnell although I have a studio and take photos for families and children.  Here I am going to promote the MLS photos and Realtor or home stagers photos.

Most important thing to remember is warmth! If your photos are cold "usually a flash will cause this " then your customer will feel that way about the property before even going to see it.  So as  your professional photographer, my goal is to not only show the house but the feeling of the house as well.
