Unsold homes in NJ

I just saw a summary on the last Otteau report that shows NJ unsold homes at a record high of 70 000 which is quoted as an eight month supply. Whats happening in your area? I list and sell properties close to NY crossings and am always in multiple offer situations. (Yes 5 in the this month alone. 3 of my buyers and 2 of my listings.) Let me point out that my sellers who accepted my price recommendation are doing well, compared to other owners who decide to price higher.
