I am in the first stage of the ECO Broker online course and would like to hear from anyone who has finished the course.  I have completed one-third of the course and find it very interesting.  In the future knowing about green approaches to real estate will be imperative but I am getting the feel for it at the present time.   I am considering entering the eco course offered by the Asheville Board of REALTORs which is now just starting.  Any information from real estate professionals about the green designation will be appreciated.
