In today's fast paced world of new construction, many of us find ourselves longing for old homes built with quality craftmanship and attention to detail. Yet, the economics of new homes versus existing homes, compel us to consider the new home option.
In this first email, of a two-part series, I'd like to offer a few thoughts on how new homes compare to existing:
