I hasten to add the that USPO is a government entity and look what's going on there now with the debt debacle.

Gabriele, has some wonderful points here on HOW you say WHAT you say. Keep it brief, get others to talk, and leave intimidation and fear out of it. If the salesperson utters more than three  (3) sentences in a row - it's too much. The art of negotiation is the art of listening, finding common ground and moving to a solution that is a win-win

Some clients you remember  Aleshia and Walter are the first (and only) buyers to get  engaged during a property tour. They've also put Docusign to good use, taking the stress out of the process.
I've also met numerous members of their families at houses they considered. An uncle and a brother in construction were brought in to evaluate condition and modifications. Mom and dads were there for moral support. It's a huge decision and the process was made so much easier because of DocuSign.
