Best Ever tip! Cleaning stainless steel appliances - 05/18/12 11:17 AM
WOW! Was Paul in the appliance department at the Home Depot in Concorville/Glen Mills, PA helpful today. He was an ace in helping me get a new built in microwave. Great product at a great price.
Best was the tip for cleaning stainless steel appliances - use mineral oil and two rags. I tried making marks wtih my greasy fingers on the showroom appliances and sure enough, they remained spotless so it must work.
You use an ounce or so on one rag to wipe down and clean the appliance and then the dray, clean rag to finish it off … (3 comments)

I received an email announcement today discussing that many analysts think the real estate market - as a whole (remember real estate is local, local, local) has touched down at the bottom.
Per a  forecast by Fiserv, market watchers sees an increase in prices rising nearly 4 percent per year for the next five years. The greatest gains are exptected to be those areas hardest hit, such as  Phoenix and Las Vegas.
Housings rising affordability mixed with falling inventories of for-sale homes are the main factors driving the expected price increases, according to Fiserv.
