Nothing like a trip to a small charming New England town like Lenox Mass to recharge your batteries. Intresting scupltue garden, all sculptures made from recyling tools, farm implements and other discarded materials. Kept alert for a James Taylor siting, but to no avail. Edith Wharton's estate was magnificent between Stockbridge and Lenox and from where I was staying at Kripalu, you looked out to a wonderful lake where we kayaked.
