Over the past couple of months, I've heard a lot of sour talk about the housing market. The media has had a

field day, with all the talk about the end is here. Memphis are we experiencing a housing bubble? The answer is a

simple no! Today, I read an article about how condominium sales are down in downtown Memphis. They'd

 interviewed a couple of Realtors that specialize in condo sales in the downtown area. The Realtors did admit

that market was slow for about 2 months, but it pick back up as normal. According to the Chandler Reports-

just 1,094 condos sold in 2007, compared to 1476 that was a sales record in 2006. The condo sales in Memphis

fare well when compared to 2005 and 2004 totals of 1,121 and 875 condos respectively. Last year sales are

simply saying of what goes up must come down.... Memphis, now is the best time buy a house with fix rates as

low 5.25 and the high inventory.
