We have two teams that are undefeated New England (8-0) & Indianapolis (7-0).
Next week will be a preview of the SuperBowl. I think that both teams are awesome & it's going to be a great game.

I'm a little confussed, today while on a termite inspection for a buyer.
The home was in very poor condition & i see a lot better homes in the same price range & i wondered why the realtor didn't direct the buyer away from this home to one with less problems.
Is it just me or did the buyer get taking?

After a long dry spell it appears that the rains are returning. Since the ground is so dry it makes the water spread out over more area before the moisture is absorbed into the soil.
This would be a good time to check all sump pumps in your crawl space & basements. Working pumps are important for the removal of water that may enter into your home. A pump that stops working can cause all kinds of problems to you home & personal items like clothes, furniture, pictures, tv ect.... just take this information & have your pump checked & be ready … (4 comments)

Termite Inspections - 10/14/07 12:40 AM
It seems like more agents these days aren't informing there clients to make sure to get a termite inspection.
I'm not sure if it's because the market is a little slow & the agent doesn't want to take any chance on losing a buyer or if the agent simple doesn't think it's important to have a termite inspection.
Looking for some feed back on the subject,

"It's Mice Season" - 10/12/07 11:00 PM
It's that time of year again when insects & rodents look for shelter. The first place with its lights on looks like home to most mice. Now is the time to weatherize/pest proof your home.
Basic things to help keep the mice where they belong "at someone else's house" just joking.
1. Caulk & sill around windows & doors.
2. Plug up all exterior holes with stuff it.
3. Make sure screens on foundation vents are in good condition replace the screens if needed.
4. Make sure the dryer vent cover are on & in good condition.
5. Store pet food off the ground or in plastic containers.

If a buyer is afraid of Brown Recluse Spiders & you find out during an inspection that the home is infested with them & you know that the buyer really loves the home but will not buy if there's a Brown Recluse problem.
What would you do?
Would you inform the buyer of the problem or do you keep the information to yourself & hope they they don't find out for several months down the road?
