Sales prices of the waterfront homes that sold on Twin Lakes ranged from $77,000 to $365,000. On the low end, the home had boat access only. It was a bank owned foreclosure that was built in 1918, had 814 square feet and 50' of water frontage. At the other end of the spectrum was the home that sold on Twin Lakes for $350,000.
