Today I had the privilege of participating in the happy ending of another Coeur d'Alene short sale success story with an $8000 bonus. It was a good day!
I have been on a journey with my wonderful first time homebuyers David and Rebecca since Memorial Day weekend. They fell in love with one of the first homes we looked at, but unfortunately it was a short sale. That meant months of waiting with an uncertain outcome, which just didn't work for them.
