Let's take a look at the market activity for waterfront homes for sale on Hayden Lake in 2012. Year to date, as of 9/7/12, there are 40 homes currently listed for sale. Six home sales are pending and 11 sales have closed. In January of this year I noted that waterfront homes for sale on Hayden Lake saw light activity in 2011 compared to previous years.
