brighton real estate: Spring is here in Brighton, MI - 04/09/10 08:49 PM

I'm sitting here in Brighton Michigan looking out the window at all the people outiside getting their homes ready for Spring to either sell or live in for the coming seasons!! You know when Spring is in the air, the kids are outside playing and it stays light outside until almost 8:30pm!! How exciting to know that all outside activities like playing on the huge play structure in downtown Brighton are going to be daily activities!! While walking through Meijer today, talking with whoever seemed friendly, I noticed that people had a bit of Spring in their step.
I also have noticed that I have been generating alot more business lately as well. Coincidence? I think not.. With Spring around the corner and interest rates STILL at an all time low, Brighton Mi and Howell Mi homeowners that waited for spring to hit should begin putting their homes on the market pronto..
